2. In order to qualify for free returns, your order must meet the eligibility criteria. From the date of receiving your order, you have a generous 100-day period to evaluate our products. This period starts upon receipt of each individual item. To be eligible for a cost-free return, items must be returned in a new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
