1.2 Each purchase of a new desk entitles the buyer to receive one (1) monitor stand at no additional cost. This offer is limited to one complimentary monitor stand per desk purchased.

Delivery
2.1 The monitor stand may not be delivered simultaneously with other items in your order. A separate shipment may be arranged exclusively for the monitor stand. A tracking number will be provided if available. The delivery time for the monitor(s) may extend up to 60 business days after the other items in your order have been delivered.
2.2 While every effort will be made to ensure safe transit, burotic shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the monitor stand during transportation or upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their availability to receive the delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful due to circumstances beyond burotic's control, such as customer unavailability or incorrect address details, and the monitor stand is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be liable for a fixed re-delivery fee of $55.00. Failure to pay this fee within a reasonable timeframe will result in forfeiture of the monitor stand without entitlement to a refund or further delivery.
2.3 In cases where delivery is not feasible or preferred, customers are required to arrange for pickup at our showroom by appointment.
Warranty and Return Policy
3.1 Please note that the monitor stand is covered by the standard warranty.
3.2 All sales of the monitor stand under this offer are final. Returns or refunds will not be accepted.
