Terms and Conditions for the Offer of the Peak Ergonomic Chair

1. Offer and Eligibility

1.1 The offer of the Peak ergonomic chair ("the Offered Product") is valid only for the purchase of a new solid wood desk via the following product page.

1.2 Each purchase of a new solid wood desk entitles the buyer to receive one (1) Peak ergonomic chair for free. This offer is limited to one complimentary chair per desk purchased.

2. Delivery

2.1 The Peak ergonomic chair qualifies for free delivery within our delivery radius using our burotic delivery truck ("Internal Delivery"). Deliveries will be scheduled for a specific date chosen by burotic.

2.2 For customers residing outside our delivery radius, the chair will be shipped with a tracking number. burotic shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the chair during transit or upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their availability to receive the delivery. In the event that delivery of the chair is unsuccessful due to reasons beyond burotic's control, including but not limited to customer unavailability, incorrect address provided, or refusal to accept delivery, and the chair is returned to our warehouse, the customer shall be responsible for a fixed re-delivery fee of $135.00. Failure to remit this fee within a reasonable timeframe shall result in forfeiture of the chair without entitlement to refund or further delivery.

2.3 In cases where "Internal Delivery" is not feasible or preferred, customers are required to arrange for chair pickup at our showroom by appointment.

3. Installation

3.1 Installation of the chair is not included in this offer. If the customer wishes a professional installation, an additional fee of $99.00 + taxes will be applied.

3.2 A dedicated installation appointment will be scheduled after payment of additional fees.

3.3 The installation of the chair is not included in this offer's installation package at $169.00 (formerly $149.00 + tax). This package covers only the installation of the desk and eligible accessories. The Peak ergonomic chair is not among the eligible products included in the installation package. If the customer wishes a professional installation, an additional fee of $99.00 + taxes will be applied.

4. Warranty and Return Policy

4.1 Please note that no warranty is provided with the Peak ergonomic chair.

4.2 All sales of the Peak ergonomic chair under this offer are final. No returns or refunds will be allowed.

5. General Conditions

5.1 burotic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 burotic's general terms and conditions apply in addition to this offer.
