Eligibility for free delivery may vary depending on the delivery address. Terms and conditions apply. The delivery time of 1 to 7 business days applies only to products in stock. Pre-order products are not eligible for this delivery time. Please consult the dedicated page for delivery times at the time your order is placed to know the most up-to-date delivery time for the items in your order. Delivery times are subject to change without notice. For any questions, please contact us by email.
2. In order to qualify for free returns, your order must meet the eligibility criteria. From the date of receiving your order, you have a generous 100-day period to evaluate our products. This period starts upon receipt of each individual item. To be eligible for a cost-free return, items must be returned in a new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. Otherwise, return fees will apply. For full details, please refer to our return policy.
