Can I use my own desktop with this frame?
Yes — and many customers do! The frame is compatible with most solid desktops that meet the following criteria:
- Width: 48" to 72"
- Depth: 24" to 36"
- Minimum thickness: 0.90" (thinner is possible if you use your own shorter screws)
The only non-compatible material is glass, as it cannot be safely drilled or fastened to the frame. Aside from that, wood, laminate, or composite materials work great. Just ensure the surface is sturdy and can hold screws underneath for secure mounting.
