J'ai acheté ce produit afin de marcher un peu en travaillant (ou en écoutant Netflix) pour me dégourdir les jambes et m'assurer d'atteindre mon objectif quotidien de 8000 à 10 000 pas.
C'est encore tôt pour dire si le produit sera durable (under-desk treadmill), mais jusqu'à maintenant je suis satisfaite. Je trouve le tapis un peu bruyant, mais cela ne semble pas nuire à sa fonction.
J'ai eu quelques communications par courriel avec la compagnie concernant la livraison et ils m'ont toujours répondu.
This treadmill is perfect. It works great and is easy to move around because it folds. I was kept up to date on shipping and the product was well packed and virtually no assembly. Very pleased!

I ordered the under-desk treadmill. It was shipped out to me the same day, and I received it in a week. I've used it everyday since. It was easy to setup and is easy to use. There were no issues with my order or the product itself. It was overall a positive experience.

Under-Desk Treadmill
I ordered a Walking Pad in early January 2024, and I absolutely love it. Thank you for being a distributor of them! Once the item was received by Burotic (they were backordered) the shipping was very fast and the tracking information was very detailed. I would definitely recommend Burotic, and have done so any time someone at work asks me where I bought my treadmill. The ONLY (and I mean only) comment I could make would be to provide maybe more information regarding timelines on backordered products. The estimate on the website was "Feb 2024", and when I emailed customer service to get a more specific timeline in late January, I was also told "Feb 2024". There are a solid 28+ days in Feb, so having a more specific estimate on when the backorder will be filled and even a projection for when the item would likely be shipped would have been nice to have. I was desperately waiting on the treadmill to help alleviate my severe lower back pain (which it has and I'm over the moon grateful to have it) and ultimately it was shipped in the very first week of Feb and I received it within 4 days! Massive thank you!! I will certainly buy from these folks again.
