Our solid wood desk surfaces are covered by a 3-year warranty, ensuring their durability and high quality. Please remember, due to the natural properties of solid wood, slight variations in texture, color, and grain patterns will occur from batch to batch. These unique characteristics are what make each of our desks so distinct and beautiful. However, our warranty specifically covers major defects in the wood, finish, or craftsmanship that affect the functionality or enjoyment of the desk, such as cracks on the primary working surface.

If you're unsure whether an issue qualifies as a covered defect, please don't hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Inspection Requirement

Upon receiving your desk, please inspect it and report any potential defects within 7 days. Issues arising after this period are generally due to normal use and may not be covered by the warranty.

Expected Characteristics of Solid Wood

Please note that natural wood may experience the following over time:

• Subtle color changes
• Slight warping due to room temperature or humidity changes
• Small cracks or natural imperfections
• Minor scratches if sharp objects come in direct contact with the surface

Aspire Adjustable Frame

We proudly offer a 10-year warranty on our adjustable Aspire frame, covering any mechanical or functional issues. In the unlikely event of a breakdown from regular use, we’ll replace the frame free of charge. Just reach out to us with supporting photos or videos, and we’ll handle the replacement as quickly as possible.

Accessories

Our accessories come with a 1-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or functional issues. If you experience a problem, please email us with a photo or video showing the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll send a replacement.
