At burotic, your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a 100-day trial period, with simple returns and exchanges to ensure a hassle-free experience.
100-Day Trial Period
You have 100 days from the receipt of each product to try our items. If you've ordered multiple items with different delivery dates, each product has its own 100-day trial period starting from its delivery date.
Returns
Free Returns
For products returned in new, unused condition, with their original packaging intact, we offer free returns.
Return Fees
If the product has been opened or used but remains in good condition with its original packaging, return fees will apply to cover shipping and handling costs:
- Adjustable Desks: $165.00
- Adjustable Frames: $95.00
- Light Accessories: $25.00
- Bulky Accessories: $65.00
Note: If you return a desk along with any accessories, only the desk return fee will apply. The fee is charged per item and in the original currency used at the time of purchase.
Return Inspection
Upon receiving a returned product, we verify that it meets our return criteria. If the product is not eligible for return, fees may be deducted from the refund or the return may be refused. Careful packaging is essential to avoid any deduction fees.
Non-Refundable Products
The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Delivery and installation fees
- Customized products
- Samples, gift cards
- Items on sale (over 20% off) or clearance (previous models, display items, etc.)
However, these products may still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Exchanges
For an exchange, please contact our customer service at support@burotic.com. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to simplify the process and minimize fees. Depending on the situation, an exchange may sometimes be carried out directly to ease the transition to the new product.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Email support@burotic.com within 100 days of receiving your product.
- Attach photos showing the condition of the product and its original packaging.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and arrange a home pickup.
Note: Return authorizations expire 14 days after approval. Make sure to pack the product carefully to avoid any fees in case of damage during transport.
Refunds
Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days of receipt. The amount will be credited via your original payment method.
Pricing Policy
The price paid at the time of purchase is final. We do not offer price adjustments after purchase, whether for later promotions or competitor offers.
Risk of Loss & Responsibility After Delivery
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, all risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer. If the tracking information provided by the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Burotic is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur thereafter.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery location is secure and that someone is available to receive the package, if necessary. We strongly encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and make appropriate arrangements to receive their delivery.
In the event a package is marked as delivered but is not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Burotic is not obligated to issue refunds or replacements for items that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
