Returns and Refunds

5. Return Shipment Monitoring: We will monitor the tracking information for your return shipment. If there is no activity on the tracking number within 14 days, the return will automatically be canceled. To ensure a smooth return process, please promptly ship the item back to us.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

- Custom desks: Desks that are custom-made to the customer's specifications and measurements cannot be returned or refunded.
