Your chair is backed by a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or accidental damage. If a covered issue occurs within 5 years, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost with proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
