Offer and Eligibility

1.1 The offer of the Desk Drawer ("the Offered Product") is exclusively available for purchasers of new solid wood desks through the dedicated product page for this promotion. 1.2 Each purchase of a new solid wood desk entitles the buyer to receive one (1) Desk Drawer at no additional cost. This offer is limited to one complimentary drawer per desk purchased.

Delivery

2.1 For customers within our delivery radius, the Desk Drawer qualifies for complimentary delivery via our burotic delivery truck ("Internal Delivery"). Deliveries will be scheduled for a specific date chosen by burotic.

2.2 Customers residing outside our delivery radius will have their drawers shipped with a tracking number. While every effort will be made to ensure safe transit, burotic shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the drawers during transportation or upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their availability to receive the delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful due to circumstances beyond burotic's control, such as customer unavailability or incorrect address details, and the drawer is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be liable for a fixed re-delivery fee of $75.00. Failure to pay this fee within a reasonable timeframe will result in forfeiture of the drawer without entitlement to a refund or further delivery.

2.3 In cases where "Internal Delivery" is not feasible or preferred, customers are required to arrange for pickup at our showroom by appointment.

Warranty and Return Policy

3.1 Please note that the Desk Drawer is not covered by a warranty.

3.2 All sales of the Desk Drawer under this offer are final. Returns or refunds will not be accepted.

4.1 burotic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

4.2 This offer is subject to burotic's general terms and conditions, which are in addition to the terms outlined herein.

2.4 Please note that due to fluctuating stock availability, the Desk Drawer may be out-of-stock at the time of desk purchase, resulting in the drawer being in pre-order status. In such cases, we reserve the right to ship the drawer separately from the desk. We will endeavor to ship the drawer as soon as it becomes available without any pre-established date.
