Trial & Returns:

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to try the item, with the trial period beginning upon receipt. To qualify for a free return, the product must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be subject to a fee. Warranty:

Your filing cabinet is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or accidental damage. If a covered issue occurs within 1 year, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost with proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
